Return & Refund Policy — Sultan Botanicals

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our
return conditions below before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed
  packaging. Due to the consumable nature of our herbal syrup, we
  cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles for hygiene and
  safety reasons.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement
  or refund regardless of the above condition — please contact us with
  a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return
Message us on WhatsApp at 03245599662 with your order number and reason for
return. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original
payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders)
within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, the standard return process above applies.
